All products are sent via Australia Post using Parcel Post or Australia Post postage bags and are subject to Australia Post delivery times. This includes Express Post purchases. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Number that can be used on the Australia Post website to track your delivery. Please see the Australia Post website for more information. 

If a $0 appears in the shipping value, when you are placing your order, this means that your order needs to be quoted manually. It does not mean FREE shipping. We will contact you via email with the shipping quote.
